Seth's favorite knife, the 6 inch long Victorinox boning knife with rosewood handle, combined with his favorite F. Dick sharpening steel is completely smooth polished. We've also completed the kit with a bespoke, snap-in kydex sheath.

This is a great combo kit for processing where you want to keep your knife edge razor sharp while keeping your meat and food prep area free of metal particles from sharpening your knife. This sharpening steel restores the direction of the edge of your knife when it has become dull due to micro bends, waves and notches, and does not remove any steel particles from the knife edge.
